❄️Nervous about trying skiing? So was I! Here’s how I went from feeling anxious to enjoying ski trips:💜

1️⃣ Find your why: Seeing how much my kids love skiing and making memories together motivates me.

2️⃣ Practice makes progress: Taking lessons early on provides a solid foundation! The more you ski, the more comfortable and confident you’ll feel.

3️⃣ Go at your own pace: Stick to runs where you feel in control until you’re ready to level up to something more challenging.

4️⃣ Make it enjoyable: Take breaks, enjoy après ski, and invest in the right clothing and gear to stay warm and comfortable!

5️⃣ Find your people: A supportive friend, family, or community makes all the difference.

You don’t need to be an expert skier to have fun. You can start as a mom, or later in life (I’m in my mid 40s). Everyone who wants to try it belongs on the mountain! 🏔️ ⛷️
