Valid question, especially with the low snow we’ve gotten out West so far this season. ❄️

For context: we have the Ikon Pass and hope to ski 12+ days this winter. My husband and older son LOVE to ski (our younger son and I love the mountains + après 🫕 ), so this is how we choose to spend our rare free winter weekends.

At the end of the day, it’s not about perfect conditions or performance (though we do appreciate a good pow day ❄️ ). It’s about time together and the memories we’re making. Juggling two full-time physician schedules and busy kids in their tween/teen years, these intentional moments when our calendars align are the ones we treasure most.
