Beach Tour: Cottage #8 “Rustic Retreat” 🐚

Each of the historic beach cottages at Crystal Cove State Park is completely unique — no two are alike! We’ve stayed in a few (search #WongsCrystalCove) and this one was such a gem.

Cottage #8 is a 2-bed, 1-bath cottage that sleeps 6 (2 twins, 2 queen sofa beds)— perched just above the sand with a deck and dreamy ocean views. Every detail reflects its 1930s roots with vintage charm and seaside simplicity. 🌊

🏕️ What to know: These cottages are more like glamping — cozy, simple, and steps from the beach.
🛏️ Beds + sofa beds (queen) for extra sleep space
🧺 Linens and quilts provided (I still bring my own blanket!)
🚿 Bathroom with shower
🍳 Small kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, and toaster
✨ Bring: beach gear, sunscreen, plates/utensils if dining in, and a camp stove if you plan to cook (outdoors only).
