Another reason I love camping? 🏕️ It’s the perfect time to slow down… and pass on life skills—like cooking!

When I was a kid, home ec taught me everything from frying my first egg to “plating with the rainbow.” 🌈 🍽️ My kids don’t have home ec at school, so I’ve been bringing those lessons to life all summer—even at camp!

This super simple breakfast:
