July glimmers ✨ Monthly gratitude #photodump

Every month, I reminisce on all the moments big and small that bring me and my family joy. We were home for most of July - working and kids in various types of camps but I / we made time for: 

- a quick trip to theecologycenter when my car battery died and I had to drive 30+ minutes to charge it back up so I figured I’d buy myself some pretty flowers 
- Fourth of July beach day with friends followed by viewing the fireworks on the horizon from our hot tub 
- dinner parties with friends (multiple!)
- the boys cooking / helping me prepare meals several times this month
- a day trip to San Diego to pick citrus at quixotefarm_ , the kids actually won a carnival game and we capped the night off with the #1 gelato in the US ansgelato 
- swim meets - Alex got some new best times 
- a leadership summit for work 
- a live news interview on the mental health benefits of pets 
- volunteering as a family to build a home for a family in Tijuana with homesofhopeglobal 
- beautiful sunsets 

A reminder that what most of us share on Instagram is a very small representation of our  lives, and that everyday moments are full of wonder and meaning too. ❤️
