For the salad:
Arugula
Cubed and roasted sweet potato
Sauteed or carmelized onions 
Blackberries
Crumbled goat cheese 
Sweet and spicy pecans
Blackberry balsamic dressing 

Blackberry balsamic dressing:
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 
1 tsp honey
1 tsp dijon
1 clove garlic 
4 blackberries
Splash of lemon juice 
Salt and pepper, to taste
*Use an immersion blender to blend until smooth
