Steak Salad Sundays Part 79: Peperoncini vibes steak salad

For the salad:
Sliced steak 
Butter lettuce 
Cherry tomatoes, halved @sunsetgrown 
Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced 
Shallots, thinly sliced
Pepperoncini, sliced @mezzetta 
Blue cheese, crumbled @pointreyescheese 
Peperoncini chips, crumbled @kettlebrand 
Pepperoncini ranch

Pepperoncini ranch:
¼ cup mayo
¼ cup greek yogurt
1 tsp buttermilk
1 tbsp dill
1 tbsp chives
2 tbsp pepperoncinis
2 cloves garlic
Juice ½ lemon
Additional buttermilk (if needed)
Method: Add all ingredients to a jar and use an immersion blender to blend. You can also use a regular blender.  I like to taste test and add in additional buttermilk as needed to get to desired consistency.
