Sliced steak 
Butter lettuce
Red cabbage
Grapefruit
Blood orange
Watermelon radish 
Pickled red onions 
Pomegranate seeds 
Chili roasted pistachios 
Crumbled goat cheese
Spicy roasted beet dressing 

Spicy roasted beet dressing:
½ cup Greek yogurt
¼ roasted beet
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
Handful green onion 
Handful basil
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tbsp honey
Salt & pepper, to taste
½ jalapeño, to taste (optional)
*Blend until smooth
