Caesar Sal BLT 🥓🥬🍅

For the sandwich i used:
Garlic bread ciabatta 
Bacon
Heirloom tomatos, seasoned with S&P
Caesar salad (romaine, caesar dressing, parmesan)
Extra parmesan 
Caesar dressing, spread on bread 

Caesar dressing:
1/2 cup mayo
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp anchovy paste
A few dashes of worcestershire sauce 
1/4 cup grated parmesan 
Salt and pepper to taste
2-4 tbsp olive oil, as needed (start with 2 and add more to get to consistency you like)

For the bread: I hollowed out one side to make space for the caesar salad. I mixed together some butter, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper before coating the inside of each side of bread. I grated some parmesan on before baking in the oven for about 5 minutes open face at 400 F (or until desired crispiness)
