## Caption

Watermelon basil mojito🍉

Ingredients:
2 oz white rum @canerunrum 
1 oz lime juice 
½ oz simple syrup
1 cup cubed watermelon (plus a slice for garnish)
4–5 fresh basil leaves (plus more for garnish)
2–3 fresh mint leaves
Club soda (to top) @fevertree_usa 

Method:

In a large glass, add watermelon, basil, mint, simple syrup, lime juice, and rum. Muddle gently to release flavors. Using a fine mesh strainer, strain into an ice-filled glass and stir. Top with club soda and stir again gently. Garnish with lime wheels, basil sprig and/or watermelon wedge.
