Steak Salad Sundays Part 71: Strawberry pistachio steak salad ft @chosenfoods new Strawberry Pistachio Dressing 🍓

For the salad:
Butter lettuce, chopped
Sliced steak
Strawberries, sliced
Green onion, chopped 
Pistachios, chopped
Avocado, sliced 
Crumbled goat cheese
Crispy jalapeños
@chosenfoods Strawberry Pistachio Dressing

Steak (I used boneless rib eye):
Pat dry and coat with a little bit of @chosenfoods 100% pure avocado oil, salt, and pepper. Grill on medium/high heat about 4 minutes a side or until meat reaches desired temperature. We removed from the grill around 125-130 degrees for a nice medium rare. Let rest, covered, for about 10 minutes before slicing.
