Fish Vendor | Kuwait [3 | 3]

This and the last two posts were results from my visits to Souq Al-Mubarakiya, Kuwait's oldest market. Any local will point at it when you ask for their most traditional landmark. Chiaroscuro is my favorite drawing and painting technique; consisting of selectively highlighting objects in a pitch dark room and using negative spaces to balance it out. It was achieved using a fast shutter speed and strobes.This photo blends the best of both worlds.
