It’s really wild how this one thing has completely changed how I view myself. I feel even MORE confident and more like myself after having laser liposuction and AbEX (tummy tuck alternative) at @sonobello 🥰💗

I’m still healing - it’s only been 2.5 months since my procedure - but I’m feeling great! I expect to see my full results in another 3-4 months, so I’m still wearing my compression garment A LOT, drinking lots of water and eating lots of protein. 

I’m also down 12lbs, which is a plus. I didn’t do this to see the number on the scale go down but I’m not complaining one bit! 😅
