Sri Lankan Kottu is the most reccomended food to try out here of course apart from rice and curry.
And I love it it’s 10/10 for real spicy, fluffy, comforting, but a little heavy for me but still so freaking good
Made out of rotti chopped and stir fried basically so freaking good!
