No time to track your food? - try this life hack to find time for the things you say you want to do but don’t actually have time for it 

I wish it could measure the screen time of your TV too - and I could argue your point with real life data 📊

Tracking your food takes 5-10mins at the best of times 

OR

Say you’re not tech savvy and it’s a bit longer at the start - BUT - if you put the effort in with practice it’ll get done to this 

NOTHING we do at first seems easy

But if we do it enough times it get better, takes less time and becomes the new norm

So I guess the question is:

Would you rather spend time tracking your food and changing a few habits like cutting out time you spend on IG or TikTok or Netflix 

Or would you rather spend time moaning about how you still look the same, moaning about clothes that don’t fit, not feeling like you deserve to do so and finding more excuses as to why you’re still the same 😬🥱
