🌟 Client Highlight 🌟 is _itssophieej 

We just reflected on her journey so far since last February when she started with me as we recently finished our first fat loss phase together. 

We have surpassed some previous “low weight” records - where she reckoned her “body resisted” - in fact she just needed a mindset push to keep going and a reminder that if you want to achieve something you haven’t done before - you gotta have habits you have never done before 🤷‍♀️ 

We worked on relationship with food - and grown confident in making flexible choices for her ever changing routine and sometimes super social weekends 

And more - the results clearly speak for themselves 🤩🤩

Ps the secret to Sophie’s results is her always open, timely and honest communication with me as a coach so I can support her with whatever she is struggling with - be it following the plan, something on her mind regarding progress , planning for social events etc 

Currently working on getting food up nice and high to enjoy Xmas without restrictions and possibly setting another new challenge in 2026 to level up even more 👀
