I remember the time when I had no clue how on earth am I ever gonna be free of how I feel within my body or food 

I’ve wondered - am I gonna have to diet forever if I want to look a certain way? 

I’ve punished my body - because I thought one day - just one day if I do it enough I could finally look like “them” 

Yes, I have changed my body drastically because I’ve worked f*king hard - and for f*cking LONG 

And yes - it’s MUCH easier to accept the figure I have now than of what I had then because it’s closer to what I’ve set out to achieve 

BUT 

I have worked not just on what I look like but also on many other things that are 🔑 to gaining confidence! 

you can diet forever and be ever so lean if you don’t have the muscle and strength because it just won’t look right…

You can edit and get lean and get the physique but you won’t maintain it if your relationship and understanding of food isn’t there… 

And first but foremost 

It doesn’t matter how little you weigh or how lean you are, what you look like, you won’t have confidence if you haven’t got the mindset sorted boo
