Many people hire me because they want to be a certain size, weight or shape - I can get you there BUT

What I really hear is - you want to achieve those things because you think it’ll make you feel confident (again or finally) 

Thing is - I do think working in your body is a way to grow confidence and 100% plays a massive role in how you feel in your skin 

BUT 

What really helps grow your confidence is the knowledge, strength, skills that you build on the journey of getting there 

If it’s done right 

And when it’s not you’ll still feel 💩 no matter how much you weight 🤷‍♀️

I have helped 100s of women get in shape AND find their confidence again 

I truly believe we all deserve to feel real confidence in our lives and without it we can’t really be happy
