Meet my client stacey.f.palmer 

We have been working together for about a year and we have achieved so much - with the cherry 🍒 on top being her just having rocked our femme_coaching_ photoshoot 

Stacey is prime example of someone who is a busy mum, has a busy social and work life as well as lots dittos health niggles that could have deterred her form even trying to get in shape, let alone to do a photoshoot. 

But instead, she has decided to hire me to understand and manage these issues and to find a way to tweak her lifestyle and find way to be more active and move the way her body needed to be moved to improve. 

The beauty in 1-2-1 coaching is that your plans can be tailored to YOU - your goals and around your life so it WORKS in the long term not just for 6-8weeks
