How to use the @bootybuilder.official Standing Hip thrust Machine - one of @fullypumpedgym ‘s new arrival into our Bootybuilder Zone 

Common mistakes, basic adjustment and the aim of the movement to nail your #bootygrowth 

Some things to consider:

This is a hip hinge movement - it looks like you’re doing knee flexion but program it as hinge eg hip thrust, hyperextension, RDL - because that’s where it’s loaded 

Its a great addition to the arsenal of these movements - even a great alternative if you for example can’t do a heavy RDL due to lower back issues
