Meet my client donnac7960 - who has now lost a whopping 30kg 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼

She’s worked with me since 2023 - and she had not stopped - we have gone through many changes to her routine in life, have prepped and got ready for holidays, a summer shoot and now balancing a busy work and mum life whilst still making progress.

The lesson you can learn from Donna is this:

It doesn’t matter where you start and how far you have to go - JUST START - and don’t stop! 

There is not perfect time to start - you just do 

There isn’t a perfect week - you do your best 

No one knows everything but if you’re willing to learn and ask for help - you can get better 

Be open and take instructions on board, and BLOODY DO THE WORK 🙌🏼
