Meet my client heididawson84 - who’s absolutely rocked a 12 week transformation into our latest shoot and quoting her - got into the best shape of her life! 🤩🥹🥹🔥🔥🔥

We actually had to manage quite a few variables during these 12 weeks, such as dialling into a Hyrox to begin with and prioritising fuelling workouts and performance - which resulted in Heidi achieving a PB at Hyrox Barcelona 😌😎

This then left us about 8 weeks to focus on the fatloss and bringing the best condition for the shoot which obviously worked out well looking at the images 😅🤩

Heidi is a hard working athlete and was an absolute pleasure to coach - one of those girlies that communicates if something isn’t right but generally just takes the instructions and goes above and beyond 🥹

Oh yeah - she got the photoshoot package without her knowledge form her hubby dawson2506 for Xmas - honestly we love supportive partners - and this is a perfect example of watering your own grass and making that greener and greener 💁🏼‍♀️- we are sure he has enjoyed some of the unpublished images in return 🤷‍♀️😅😅
