Happy Sunday loves! Anyone looking for a new recipe to kick off the new year? In my new #ad @thymeandtablekitchen marble set I served a simple one pan shrimp and gnocchi dish…and well, just turn on the sound and see for yourself 😋

This dish is for my foodies that are short on time, but 🍯 let’s not be short on FLAVOR okay 👏🏾

📝 One Pan Shrimp Scampi with Gnocchi

Main Ingredients
⏺️ Sweet Potato gnocchi
⏺️ Shrimp
⏺️ Asparagus 
⏺️ Seasoning for your asparagus + shrimp

Preparation Highlights
⏺️ Add gnocchi to a nonstick pan and cook for 10-12 mins + chop up asparagus in 1-2 inch pieces and toss them in a pan to bake in the oven for the same time
⏺️ Transfer the gnocchi to a plate and then use the same skillet to saute and cook the shrimp 2-3 mins
⏺️ Return gnocchi to pan and add in asparagus
⏺️ Add in your preferred seasonings throughout and enjoy in a beautiful new dinning set - because every meal tastes a little better when plated beautifully 😉!
