Work / Life Balance Tip: By now, we all know there really is no such thing as perfect balance as a working parent. But you can find perfect moments in the chaos. One of the benefits I love with hybrid work is when I carve out time to refresh with the girls outside. 1 - it’s great because it forces you to get outside and away from back to back calls on your laptop. 2 - it’s a healthy reminder of why you’re hustling in the first place…to be able to live a fulfilling life with your family. 3 - and yes 9/10 times you can find the time in your calendar if you proactively block it off from now. Fridays are usually a sweet spot so no excuses 😉 Beijos!
