Client highlight this week is my amazing client kayleigh.sam86 with her 12week transformation 

We have focussed on pulling back the super high amount of cardio she had been doing, push her food up BIG time without fear and program her weight training workouts to emphasise her shape and move into a muscle building phase.

Although significant muscle is not built in under 12 weeks because that takes 6-12 months minimum - the new type of programming, plenty of food and proper recovery had already done wonders and speaks for itself in the images 😇😌😍💪🏽

Here’s what she had to say: 

“Absolutely 100%, highly recommend Vick, I just want to say how grateful I am for everything you’ve helped me achieve. 

I started this journey with Femme, as I was sick of working hard and seeing no results. I knew my diet was the main factor to my lack of energy and no results. I was very nervous, as change is something I’m not great at.

The transformation I’ve gone through, physically, mentally, and emotionally, is incredible. I’ve learned so much about food (who knew) and how to fuel my body properly, and that knowledge I’ve gained has been an eye opener.
