## Caption

It’s a rare “check in” from me - I used to do these on my stories weekly when I was on prep or in the building phase but since I’ve stopped competing I’ve regressed training and physique focus and my goal was to just enjoy life with my toddler and “chill” 

Whilst I wanted to keep a happy body composition I didn’t see the need to keep checking in, weighing my food or myself and it’s served me perfectly well 

In 2023 i tore my ACL and I shared my rehab process without having had surgery and it’s taken a good year for my knee to feel decent again and my strength to get back to a place where I’m not embarrassed/annoyed my what I’m lifting 😅

This year my goal is to get back some muscle and build more strength -  have some really nice holidays and photo shoots starting may so I’ve structured my training a bit more and even adding in some additional sessions - taking them from 2-3 to 3-4 along with actually focusing on my food more and pushing it to fuel this goal

I didn’t actually have any earlier video body checks of myself which is kind of great having wanted to move away from it all 

You can see my little legs are starting to fill out again and I’m excited to get myself some muscle mummy legs again 🤩

Bring on the gains in 2025 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
