“I am filled with immense pride and gratitude as I cheered for my husband, Owen, for participating in the Obliteride 50 miles bike ride this weekend after merely 1.5 years post Bone Marrow Transplant. It’s hard to imagine it was only two years ago that Owen was diagnosed with Aplastic Anemia, an extremely rare and life-threatening blood disease.

Owen is officially in remission and back to work full-time. He’s also the Co-Team Captain for Microsoft at Obliteride, and together Team Microsoft raised a remarkable $80,000 to support cancer research and patient care. 

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to my manager, Matt, for his empathetic leadership and unwavering support during the challenging moments of our lives. Thank you for putting on your bike gear and supporting the cause with us!
