Don’t let your shyness make you skip exercises because of a busy gym - you pay the same gym membership fees as everyone - and have the right to take the same space up as everyone else!

beginner or advanced

Weak or strong 

Shredded or not 

Training for a competition or training for “life” 

But if you don’t ask -  body will tell you when they’ll be done 🤷‍♀️

So speak up 🗣️

“Can I be next?” - “ I’ll be over there 👉🏽 pls give me a shout when you’re done” 

OR 

“Any chance I can jump in with you?” If you’re happy to share the machine
