To dance like everyone is watching — that’s what I want to teach my children.
Because the truth is, they are being watched — every move, every moment.
But instead of shrinking back, we dance forward.
We dance to the rhythm of life — it’s in our blood.
Joy and struggle, praise and pain — all part of our DNA.
From Jesus to our ancestors… we’ve always known how to rise through suffering.

Our children — they’ve taught us to live fully,
to celebrate every moment like it’s the only one that matters,
to care less about what the world thinks,
and more about what it feels like to be free.

To dance in a circle — with our chosen people, our blood, our roots —
that’s the kind of love that carries you.

So keep dancing, my boo girl.
