Today we mark AANHPI Equal Pay Day. 🗓️ But let's get real: the "Model Minority" myth hides the fact that many AANHPI women are being shortchanged by massive margins.

Native Hawaiian women earn just 67¢ for every dollar a white man makes. Afghan American women make less than half. 📉

When we are underpaid, our families feel it. It means less for childcare, less for healthcare, and less of a cushion for the "hard times." We're calling for:
✅ The USEEOC to protect EEO-1 data.
✅ Federal agencies to #DisaggregateData so no community is invisible.
✅ An economy that lifts all of us, not just a few.
