This Friday at the 2026 Big West Women’s Water Polo Championship, we’re kicking off the #BrainFreezeChallenge, a new movement inspired by the ice bucket challenge, but with a powerful purpose: promoting helmet safety and smart riding habits!

We’re challenging student-athletes, students, and beyond to take the plunge, raise awareness, and nominate others to do the same across our league! 

In partnership with @headstrongridesmart, and supported by Big West SAAC & TAC, we’re teaming up across the conference to make an impact on campus and nationwide!
