Gender inequities in STEM at academic institutions represent an important barrier for the achievement of sustainability goals at national, institutional, and personal levels. Starting in 2020 and for two years, a diverse group of professors worked together to characterize gender inequities among STEM faculty in their home institution. During this talk, I will walk you through our journey and describe plans to provoke cultural change.
