This year’s vitalitylondon10k was pretty special 🥹 

❤️It’s my 5th year taking part in this run and I joined in the last wave of the day called #runtoovercome this wave was for those who didn’t have race times in mind, we’re just getting out there to give it a go in whatever way felt positive to them.

Seeing all the different types of people taking on this 10k in their own way was really inspiring, I think this run will forever have a place in my heart since the first year I took part in the #celebrateyou wave where’re we ran in our underwear 😅
