Today is International Day of Pink, and the global celebration of sexual diversity and inclusion is a good fit for the Rotman School – and not just because pink is our main brand colour! “Bold enough to be kind” is this year’s tagline, and kindness is at the heart of inclusion, along with respect and tolerance for diversity. We went roaming through the halls of the Rotman School to ask students, staff and faculty how they defined inclusion, and the answers are as varied and interesting as you would expect from our terrific community.�

Then you should definitely join us tomorrow at around 5 pm, when we’ll do a live stream from our Day of Pink celebration organized by the Rotman Pride student club, free and open for students, faculty and staff here at the Rotman School.
