## Caption

Happy Heavenly Birthday to Emmett Till, who would be 81 today. At the young age of 14, he became a martyr for the people.

Till's mother made it a point to share her son's story—which was a radical act at the time—and it helped to mobilize the civil rights movement. 

Recently, there was an unserved warrant found from 1955 for Carolyn Bryant Donham (the white woman who accused Emmett + whose husband committed the murder). She is still alive + must be held accountable. #BlackLivesMatter #saytheirnames
