PIVOT is an exercise in awareness, concentration, and communication. This chaotic session on the #DoubleSpeedCourt uses sensors under the turf to measure efficient, decisive decision-making in game-like scenarios.

We strive to elevate our #copatrain athletes’ athletic development with purposeful training. The Double SpeedCourt focuses on sports performance, change of direction, acceleration and deceleration, and the addition of the ball adds a technical aspect to the movements.
