For the month of March, we’d love to see our #copamembers showcase their favorite ball moves or speed workouts! All #copamember participants will receive a FREE COPA shirt.

We will be releasing videos of our coaching staff showing off their favorite #copaballers moves so you can learn along the way.

✅ You can also email your video to info@copastc.com
✅ Video no longer than 30 seconds
✅ Only one t-shirt will be provided per member
✅ All submissions must be posted or emailed 3/31/22 to receive a t-shirt
