👀 Check out one of the many exercises in our COPA Soccer Assessment – Dribbling Sprint

Our #COPATrain athletes receive a low pass from a ball launcher and dribble around the slalom poles in a figure eight pattern as quickly as possible. This exercise measures dribbling speed around a predetermined course, and the Score is calculated from dribbling speed and ball control.

The final results are added together to create an overall COPA Score. How high can you Score?
