One of Craig Melvin’s greatest challenges as a father has been creating resiliency in his children. He recognizes that sometimes parents overcorrect. In an attempt to eliminate some of the struggles we faced as children we remove some of the adversities that build toughness. He’s read books to gain clarity, & even instituted the “No” rule… and the kids aren’t too pleased!
