West coast times zones are three hours behind but I’m right on time! Popped into realpep_az at 7:00 this morning. 

Adding some more to my warm up. My mobility is trash, and I’m trying to start running! Hurdles, med ball work, kettle bells, a lower body split, & some sleds. What better way to start off a week!
