Look, you can’t shake hands with a closed fist.  Some people only know drama, chaos and war. Chaos is oxygen to them, they need it to survive.  Recognize when you’re dealing with a person like that and remove yourself from the situation.  If you’re standing on a chair it’s easier for someone to pull you down than you lift them up. In the same way, these people will bring you down from your elevated position of peace into their basement of chaos.
