## Caption

Today we had oral argument in our Wildearth Guardians v. U.S. Forest Service before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. This is a photo of MSLF Attorneys and staff along with several MSLF supporters! 
This case is about radical environmentalists claiming that if bighorn sheep and domestic sheep live within any proximity to each other there is an overwhelming risk that domestic sheep will pass on disease to bighorn sheep. We represent the interests of the sheep ranchers who graze on the land the (anti)-environmentalists are trying to shut down.
