MSLF is thrilled to announce this victory in Teter v. Conners, a case we filed an amicus brief in, arguing the right to keep and bear ARMS applies to knives as well. The Judge now agrees, "Because the plain text of the Second Amendment includes bladed weapons & by necessity, butterfly knives, the Constitution “presumptively guarantees” keeping and bearing such instruments “for self-defense."
