Most people try to make money as a food photographer by chasing random gigs.

I did that too… and it’s stressful.

You don’t know when the next shoot is coming
and you’re always starting from zero.

What worked for me was keeping it simple:

I figured out my monthly expenses.
Then I got a few retainer clients to cover that.

That’s it.

Now my baseline is handled…
and everything else is extra.

That’s when it started to feel like a real business.
