Axia is distilled from the aromatic resin of the Mastiha tree, cultivated on the Greek Island of Chios by families who have lived and farmed the local hills for generations!

It’s the perfect addition to this Spring cocktail, my Raspberry & Yuzu Ginger Fizz - a lovely addition to brunch, Mother’s Day festivities or your next happy hour!
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Axia 
1 oz yuzu juice 
1 oz ginger & mint simple syrup 
2 teaspoons of raspberry freeze dried powder 
Ginger Beer to top
Fresh raspberries and mint to garnish 

Method:
Add Axia, yuzu juice, ginger & mint simple syrup and raspberry freeze dried powder into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. 
Strain into a cocktail glass with ice and top with ginger beer. Finally, garnish with fresh raspberries and fresh mint. 

Must be over 21 years old to enjoy.
