The 400IM analogy: don’t pretend something isn’t scary, painful or absolutely terrifyingly out of your comfort zone- in sport, in business, as an entrepreneur…turn around, face it, embrace it and acknowledge it. 

For me, being real like that then frees me up to attack and conquer because I’ve already addressed the potential curveballs or emotions that aren’t helping me be successful heading into that big moment. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
