Buffalo chicken egg rolls- they literally taste like baked buffalo chicken dip..just wrapped up and crispy

Also realizing very quickly that everything just tastes better in an egg roll 😂

Quick recipe:
Mix:
•1 cup shredded chicken (I used rotisserie) 
•1/2 cup cream cheese
•1/2 cup mozzarella
•1/4 cup buffalo sauce
•2 tbsp ranch or blue cheese
•Chopped green onion 
•Fill egg roll wrappers, roll, and fry at 350° 
•Cut open + dip in ranch or blue cheese
