There could soon be a new monument in Washington D.C. as US President Donald Trump unveils new plans for his ‘Triumphal Arch’. ⁣

The US Commission of Fine Arts released the plans, which site the arch between the Lincoln memorial and Arlington National Cemetery. ⁣

If built, it would stand at 76 meters tall, Trump claims one just like was meant to be erected  200 years ago but was scrapped due to the Civil War. ⁣
