We love them as much as our teenagers do who are eating these morning, afternoon, and anytime they need a boost. The flavor is phenomenal, they sit well before workouts, but they also work great for a pick me up and they’re ready in minutes. Add protein powder to pack an extra punch if you want—these disappear fast, so make a double batch!

No-Bake Energy Bites

Per ball (12 balls total): ~3.5 g protein, ~120 calories
*With added protein powder: ~6–7 g protein, ~140 calories

Ingredients
•	1 cup rolled oats bobsredmill 
•	½ cup chocolate chips ghirardelli 
•	¼ cup ground flaxseed
•	¼ cup chia seeds
•	½ cup peanut butter grounduppdx 
•	⅓ cup honey taylorpasshoneyusa 
•	1 tspn vanilla vanillabeanproject 

Instructions
	1.	Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
	2.	Roll into golf ball–sized bites on a parchment-lined sheet.
	3.	Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
