Super Bowl Braised Leek Dip… bring it to your party… not kidding! SO SIMPLE- CRAZY GOOD..

Found another insane, yet simple recipe from one of our fave chefs cocolarkincooks from her “What French People Eat” series. We’ve been putting it on bagels, in sandwiches… It doesn’t even matter the flavor is so rich and so decadent I cannot recommend it enough! Her full recipe is on her Substack which I think is top of charts! Check her out!

Ingredients
•	6-7 large leeks
•	6 tbsp butter, divided
•	6 anchovy fillets fishwife
•	1 tbsp tarragon leaves
•	1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
•	2/3 cup dry white wine
•	1/2 cup heavy cream
•	2 tsp Maldon salt, divided

Method
1.	Trim leeks, remove the first two outer layers, rinse well, and cut into 2-inch pieces.
2.	Butter a cast-iron dish. Arrange leeks snugly, sprinkle with 1 tsp salt, and scatter tarragon over the top.
3.	Melt most of the butter over medium heat. Add anchovies and thyme and cook until anchovies dissolve.
4.	Add wine, cream, and remaining salt. Pour over leeks and dot with remaining butter.
5.	Cover tightly with foil and bake at 325°F for 35 minutes.
6.	Uncover, increase oven to 400°F, and bake about 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.

Enjoy just with bread, meat, in a sandwich or on a bagel! Lasts fo a week in the fridge!! #fre#frenchfoodsyrecipe #ga#easyrecipes #SuperBowl
